5. Sharing & international transfers
Email platform (e.g., ConvertKit or MailerLite), payment processor (Stripe), cloud hosting, and analytics vendors receive data only to provide their service.
Some providers are outside the EEA; when so, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (GDPR Arts 45–46).
6. Retention
Emails: until you unsubscribe + 12 months for suppression list.
Order records: 10 years (Latvian accounting law).
Analytics data: 26 months or as configured with the vendor.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can: access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email).
Complaints may be lodged with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or your local authority.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, strong access controls, and two‑factor authentication for admin accounts.

Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Acceptance
By accessing disciplineegg.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to join our email list or purchase digital products.
3. Products & affiliate links
We sell digital productivity templates (“Products”).
The Site also features affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through those links.
4. Ordering & payment
Orders are made through the checkout page. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) handle your payment information.
5. Delivery
Digital Products are delivered immediately via download link or email to the address you provide.
6. Refunds
All digital sales are final. EU withdrawal rights do not apply once a digital download has begun with your explicit consent (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16).
7. License
Upon full payment we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Product for your personal or business productivity needs. Resale or public distribution is prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including logos, videos, and text, is our property or is used with permission. “Notion” and related marks are trademarks of Notion Labs, Inc.
9. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Resell or sublicense our Products.
Use the Site in a way that could damage it or interfere with others.
Engage in unlawful, harassing, or defamatory activities.
10. Disclaimers
Our content is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees of specific productivity results. The Site and Products are provided “as is”.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Latvian courts, unless mandatory consumer‑protection rules give you the right to sue in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
